Day 27 Keto: Today I have cravings...

Since I got back into Keto 27 days ago, today is the first day where I have had cravings, and they are BAD.

It's so strange how the brain works. My self is actually trying to justify why it's ok (It isnt). It shouldn't be like that right? That can't be normal behavior?

I mean its like I have two people trying to argue the pros and cons of a cheat meal.. I need this feeling to go away!

If I don't give in THAT is the true victory.
