Whats New?

Well training subject "M" has been going really well! Shes sticking to her diet, quit soda, and working out every day! She will slowly start to realize these results, and will surely be happy she stuck with it.

On a side not I went out to the club with the guys Thursday for the first time in some time.. And I have to say it was awesome. People who have known me or know me were coming up making comments ALLL night. It was nice to get that attention for sure!
Here is me at the club the other night. I see this picture and cant believe how big i USED TO BE!!!

Its amazing, and I hope you as a reader are inspired to go forth on your own weight loss journey!

Workout wise, Circut training has been going really well. I just get frustrated when SOOOO many people are in the gym, and they keep jumping onto machines without first checking to see if someone is using them. For example I do 3 different excersises per Circut set... and its happened alot where someone will take one of the machines im using while im in the middle of it. Which wouldnt be a problem, except that with Circut training, you arent supposed to stop... at all.

Anywhoo.. I have to bust my ass hard for the next 7-8 days before weigh in and measure on the 1st. On top of that June 4th, My bestie and I are going to a Boat party on a lake for our friends birthday, so Ima need to get down another 10 lbs or so. Although, with the happy highway ive got going on, i think ill be comfortable without a shirt as it is. Maybe get a small tan going first lol.

Anyways until next time

Happy Highways and No GoodBye Ways!

So this week a new person has asked me to help them get to their weighloss goals! I offered to train her as well. Tonight we set up her diet and we worked out today too. Which is pretty cool. To keep her anonymous I will not post her name or pre pictures that we took, but lets just say I have a good feeling that she is Motivated enough to do this!

Here is a side comparison of the progress of me so far:

And here is a front!

Im finally starting to SEE the changes myself! YAY

Anyways, big week coming up. Trying to get to that 270 ASAP so I can be 100lbs lighter than when I started, and be able to get my Tattoo as a reward! :)

Until next time

May Update!

Sorry I didnt update on the 1st or since then, been terribly busy with everything.

So I got on the scale on the 1st and was at 304.4lbs. I only lost 7 lbs last month, But then again, I had 2 weeks of "cheating" in a sense, to where I wasnt very strict :(

This month changes the game again! Im going to begin weighing in on the 1st and 16th of every month from here on out, and measuring on the first.

By the way, my belly button waist measurement was down to 51. So def still seeing some loss physically as well!

Started "circut training" this week, and its a doozy. I do all the same excersises from before, just break it up into 2 groups of 3.

Then I do each one, 20 reps, no break. Then repeat that 3 times, no break.

For example Chest Day My first 3some was Incline Bench, Regular Bench, Decline Bench.

So I did them in that order, with 20lbs dumbells. 20 Reps inclined, switch right to regular, 20 reps, then switched to decline immidiately for 20 reps. Then repeated without a rest. 3 times. 180 reps in the matter of minutes. Then did the same thing with Cables (upper, mid, lower).

So the total workout only lasts 20 minutes. Then you go straight to cardio.

The reason I do this circut training is to build strength and stamina simultaneously. Im aerobic during my weight workout too, which increases my metabolic rate, thus leading to MORE fat loss, while building strength.

And so Shall see how this goes!

34lbs to go until Im at 100 pounds lost in a year. Ive got May, June, July to do it!

Lets get it done!
